Acrylic Photo Book

This was a special order I completed before the holidays.  It is an acrylic photo book.  I used 8 x 10 sheets of acrylic, cut in half.  (I got the acrylic sheets from Lowe's)  The acrylic is embellished with white ink and pen and the paper is DCWV Glitter paper (the customer requested "Tiffany Blue").  I enjoy making acrylic books, its a very different medium to work with.

Hope you are all staying warm for those of you who are suffering through the arctic temps.  Wishing you warm and creative days!

Koala-t hugs,

Cathy

  1. Wow, so pretty. I bought 2 or 3 sheets of acrylic from Home depot and ruined a whole big sheet just trying to learn how to cut it...and the others are just sitting there until I can learn how not to butcher it. How do you cut it???

  5. I really love this photo album! How did you smooth the edges of the acrylic? You did a great job. I'm tempted to give it a try.
