"Dance" word book

My granddaughter Kayla has been taking dance classes for 2 years now. Her little sister Kerri will start in the fall, and she's not even 2, but she loves to dance. She and Kayla will put on their leotards and ballet shoes and dance around the kitchen. I love watching them have so much fun!

I created this word book for those who want to preserve memories of their little girls in Dance. Using Design Studio with my Cricut, I used several cartridges to create this book. I used Opposites Attract for the font, I used Joy of the Season for the ballet dancer, and George for the rectangle to make the page shapes.

The paper I used is from a stack called So Sweet from Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby's brand). I love the pink and turquoise colors in this stack!

The bling adds just enough to make it girly!

This is another project I'll be selling at the upcoming craft fair. Less than 3 weeks until that 2 day event, so I've been busy!

Thanks for stopping by...I'm so close to 100 followers! If you are not a follower yet, please sign up!

Have a great day!

Koala-t hugs,

Cathy

  1. Oh wow I love this!! I have a really great friend that has two daughters and they're in Dance also. They LOVE it! The yougest is so cute dancing, and the oldest is so fun to watch dance. She instantly looks grown when she's up there on the stage! I would love the DS file to this book if you wouldn't mind sharing. I would love to make these for her two daughters.

Wow I just love all your word books!! They're awesome! Such talent!
