More Border Punch Cards

As promised, here are a few more cards I made using border punches.  For this card I used the Martha Stewart doily border punch, Cuttlebug embossed daisy border on white paper, inked to highlight the flowers; circles were cut using the Gazelle and a stamped happy birthday verse to finish the card.

I saw this yellow butterfly paper at my local scrapbook store and thought it would make a pretty Mother's Day card, or even a birthday card, so I left the verse area blank.  The borders were cut using the Fiskars Effervescent border punch.  Butterflies were cut using the Cricut and the Winnie the Pooh and Friends cartridge and text marquee cut using Storybook cartridge and the Cricut.

I never thought I would use "page maps" or any pre made layouts, but someone on the Cricut Message board posted the link to Mojo Monday site, with card layouts.  I decided to try one and this is my interpretation of it.  I used Bazzill Black Swiss Dots, Around the Block Blanket Stitch for the teal and print, Martha Stewart Border punch, Circles and scalloped circles cut and "MOM on the Cricut, and Floradoodles flowers.

Thanks for visiting my blog....hope you enjoy today's projects!

Koala-t hugs,

Cathy
